- Waterfront passes, issued in 1918, to City Light employees through the United States Marshal's office. The 60 passes include a photograph of the employee, their name and address, nationality, and occupation. They are signed by the US Marshal John M Boyle. The reverse of each card is signed by the employees and Seattle City Light superintendent JD Ross. The passes have been scanned and are available online by searching for 1201-16 in the photo database.
