An installment of "Neighborhood News," the Seattle Channel's monthly program on Seattle’s neighborhoods. Part of the subseries “Neighborhood Project” which highlights neighborhood planning improvement projects by sector. Each installment is divided into three sections based on project type: “Improving Green Spaces,” “Art Projects,” and “Safer Streets & Pedestrian Safety.” Opening presented by Mayor Norm Rice and Mayor Greg Nickels. Produced and hosted by Kelly Guenther. Sponsored by the City of Seattle Department of Neighborhoods. This episode focuses on the West sector of Seattle neighborhoods, highlighting the Chinatown/International District, the West Precinct, and Belltown.
