- Collection includes digital photographs representing the demolition of the former Seattle Municipal Building as well as construction of the new city hall. The construction sites of the Gates Foundation and the Seattle Justice Center are also represented. Images of the 2001 groundbreaking ceremony of the new city hall are also included, with former Mayors Paul Schell and Norm Rice pictured at the ceremony. Other images include Nisqually Earthquake damage to downtown buildings and the Lower Duwamish Superfund Site.
