- Series mainly consists of training bulletins covering topics such as crime investigation, traffic enforcement, firearms use, evidence handling, and testifying in court. These bulletins were updated as necessary and sometimes highlighted changes in laws and regulations. An early numbered series titled "Information from the Training Unit" seems to predate the main Training Bulletin series. The series also includes unit-specific information bulletins for the Patrol Section and Operations Bureau, as well as a series of legal information bulletins highlighting recent court decisions and clarifying points of law. Miscellaneous other information prepared by the Training Division includes descriptions of units and programs, as well as information sheets on topics like bomb disposal and drug use. Some of this information seems to have been gathered by an employee in preparation for a sergeant's exam.
