- "Until the proclamation of civil emergency, dated November 30, 1999, is terminated, no person or entity shall purchase, sell, convey, or transfer within the city limits, or possess or carry in a public place as defined in SMC 15.02.046C, any device commonly known as a gas mask. This prohibition shall not apply to law enforcement or military, or representatives of the press with proper credentials." This document is Exhibit G to Resolution 30099.
