Moderated by Vivian Phillips (Communications & Arts Consultant). Opening remarks by Germaine W. Covington (Director, Seattle Office of Civil Rights). The event was held in the Bertha Knight Landes Room at Seattle City Hall. Panelists include Stephanie Ellis-Smith (Executive Director, Central District Forum for Arts & Ideas), Carl Livingston (Lead Political Science Professor, Seattle Central Community College), and Benita Horn (Principal, Achievement Architects North). Includes a question-and-answer session and audience discussion.
