Footage of the Mayor's Press Conference held on May 8, 2002, Mayor Greg Nickels unveils improvements to the City's website and TVSEA. These improvements were funded by Ordinance 120769 following a December 2001 report from the Seattle Commission on Electronic Communication. The improvements to the website and television station were to increase accessibility for citizens to their local government and provide additional methods of communication.

Speakers include Mayor Greg Nickels, Bill Kaczoraba (Executive Director, Northwest Cable News), David Brewster (Executive Director, Town Hall), Seattle City Councilmember Jim Compton, and Rona Zevin (Director, Interactive Media). Includes a demonstration of the television station programming and website.
