Public Development Authority Documents
Annual reports, financial reports and audits, minutes, charters, rules, and applications of public corporations known as public development authorities (PDA). PDAs are responsible for policy formulation and administration of certain public historic districts, public low income housing or housing rehabilitation programs, and economic development programs.

Tim Hill Subject Files and Committee Records
Correspondence, memoranda, reports, studies, and draft legislation reflecting Hill's activities and interests on Council. Also includes agendas, reports, and draft legislation of six City Council committees including: Finance, Parks and Community Services, Personnel and Property Management, Urban Development and Housing, Transportation, and Labor Relations.
