The minutes include a brief description of the suggestion, who submitted it, the department responsible for reporting on its feasibility, whether the suggestion was adopted, the estimated savings involved if adopted, and the award amount for the employee. Minutes from 1951 through 1969 are in bound volumes; minutes from 1970 to 1977 are in folders.
