In the matter of the Petition of the City of Seattle to condemn, appropriate, take and damage lands and other property necessary for the grading and regrading of Queen Anne Boulevard as established by Ordnance No. 16790, of the City of Seattle, and approaches thereto, and for the construction of all necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon property abutting upon said boulevard and approaches thereto, and to change from commercial use to park, drive and boulevard uses all of said Queen Anne Boulevard, all in the City of Seattle, as provided for and specified in Ordinance No. 26253, Petitioner and Respondent, vs. I.
