An Ordinance granting to the Seattle, Lake Shore and Eastern Railway Company, its successors and assigns, the right and authority to locate, lay down, construct, maintain and operate a railway, consisting of one or more tracks, in, along, upon and over Shilshole Avenue, and the street and avenues crossing said avenue, in the Town of Ballard.
