An Ordinance granting to the Seattle, Lake Shore & Eastern Railway Company, its successors and assigns, the right and authority to locate, lay down, construct, maintain and operate a railway consisting of one or more tracks in, along, upon and over Shilshole Avenue, and the streets and avenues crossing said avenue, in the City of Ballard.
