Abstract

An Ordinance providing for the construction and maintenance of a system of Water Works, and the building of an Electric Light plant in the City of Ballard, specifying and adopting a system and plan therefor, and declaring the estimated cost thereof, and providing for the submission thereof, for ratification or rejection, to the qualified voters of said City, at a special election, and the issuance of bonds to pay therefor.
