An Ordinance granting to the Seattle & Montana Railway Company, its successors and assigns, the right, privilege, authority and franchise to locate, lay down, construct, finish and maintain a railway, consisting of one or more tracks, in along over and upon Shilshole Avenue, and the avenues, streets and alleys that cross or interest the same, in the City of Ballard in the State of Washington.
