Abstract

An Ordinance providing for the construction and maintenance of a system of water works, a system of sewerage, and an electric light plant in the City of Ballard, specifying and adopting a system and plan therefor, and declaring the estimate cost thereof, and providing for the submission thereof, for ratification or rejection, to the qualified voters of said city, at a special election, and the issuance of bonds to pay therefor.
