An Ordinance providing for creating an indebtedness of Five Thousand Dollars for the purpose of defraying the estimated cost of the expenses of the City of Ballard until the first day of March, 1894, and providing for the submission thereof, for ratification or rejection, to the qualified voters of said city at a special election.
