An Ordinance providing for the grading, curbing, guttering, paving, re-paving, repairing, macadamizing, re-macadamizing, planking and re-planking of streets within the City of Ballard, and providing for the levying and collection of special assessments therefor upon the property benefited thereby by the issuance of bonds in payment thereof, payable in installments, as provided by an act of the legislature of the State of Washington, entitled "An act relating to internal improvements in cities, authorizing the issuance and collection of bonds upon the property benefited by local improvements, and declaring an emergency," approved March 9, 1893.
