Abstract

An ordinance prescribing the form and mode of the execution of local improvement bonds which are to be issued for street improvements in pursuance of an act of the legislature of the State of Washington approved March 9, 1893, entitled "An act relating to internal improvements in cities, authorizing the issuance and collection of bonds upon the property benefited by local improvements and declaring an emergency", and of ordinance No. 193 of the City of Ballard.
