An Ordinance proposing to the voters in the City of Ballard their assent to and ratification of the attempted incurring by acts of the corporate authorities of said city of certain indebtedness on the part of said city, purporting to be evidenced by certain warrants heretofore issued by said corporate authorities, and in this ordinance specified in distinct classes, and providing for the holding of an election for that purpose, at which said voters may vote for or against such assent to and ratification of the incurring of the indebtedness represented by each such specified class of said warrants, and declaring the effect of any votes cost at such election whereby three-fifths of the voters in said city voting thereat shall assent to and ratify the incurring of said indebtedness of either or any of such classes thereof.
