Abstract
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local improvement bonds for the improvement of Times Street between Third Avenue West and Sixth Avenue West fixing the denomination of the bonds and interest thereon, and authorizing their delivery to the Contractors constructing the improvement in payment thereof.
