An Ordinance levying a special assessment to redeem the first annual installment and interest which mature and become payable upon the bonds of local improvement district No. 4, issued in pursuance of and under authority of Ordinance No. 193, No. 195, and No. 226, for the improvement of Times Street from Third Avenue West to Sixth Avenue West under Ordinance No. 204, No. 205 and No. 209, in accordance with the assessment roll of said district approved by Ordinance No. 221, and providing for the collection thereof.
