An ordinance to repeal Ordinance No. 241 of the City of Ballard entitled, "An Ordinance providing for the appointment of a night watchman for the City of Ballard, and prescribing his duties and compensation," passed by the council on the 22nd day of December, 1896, and approved by the Mayor on the 23rd day of December, 1896.
