An Ordinance providing for a new assessment on the Lots, Blocks, and parcels of land, which have been benefited by the improvement of Ballard Avenue in the City of Ballard, between the west line of First Avenue West and the south line of Broadway to the extent of their proportionate part of the expense and value thereof together with any interest that may have lawfully accrued therein from date of delinquency of original assessment in accordance with an act of the Legislature of the State entitled, "An act relating to and authorizing the collection of assessments for local improvements by a new assessment or re- assessment of the costs and expense of making same in cities, and Towns, and declaring an emergency" Approved March the ninth (9th) A.D. 1893.
