An Ordinance to extend for a period of twenty days the time in which the City Clerk shall report to the City Council, the assessment roll provided for in Ordinance No. 255 of the City of Ballard, entitled "An Ordinance providing for a new assessment upon the lots, blocks and parcels of land, which have been benefited by the improvement of Second Avenue West from the north line of Times Street to the north line of Ballard Avenue to the extent of their proportionate part of the cost, expense and value thereof together with any interest that may have lawfully accrued thereon from data of delinquency of original assessment in accordance with an act of the legislature of the State of Washington entitled "An act relating to and authorizing the collection of assessments for local improvement by a new assessment or re- assessment of the cost and expense of making same, in cities and towns, and declaring an emergency approved March 9, 1893 said Ordinance approved April 27, 1897.
