Abstract
An ordinance providing for the improvement of North Street by clearing, grubbing, grading and sidewalking the same on both sides thereof between the west line of First Avenue West, and the east line of Second Avenue West and establishing Local Improvement District No. nine (9) and providing for the payment of the costs of said improvement.
