An ordinance confirming and approving the assessment of local improvement district No. 8 being the reassessment ordered by ordinance No. 257 to be made for the improvement of Broadway from Fourth Avenue West to Railroad Avenue in the city of Ballard and levying and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll and providing the collection thereof.
