An ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of local improvement district No. 5 being the reassessment ordered by ordinance No. 254 to be made for the improvement of Ballard Avenue between the west line of First Avenue West and the south line of Broadway and levying and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll and providing for the collection thereof.
