An ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of local improvement district number seven (7) being the re-assessment ordered by ordinance no. 256 to be made for the improvement of Leary Avenue from Broadway to First Avenue West and levying and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
