An ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of local improvement district number Ten, being the re-assessment ordered by Ordinance No. 276 to be made for the improvement of Third Avenue West from the north line of Shilshole Avenue to the north line of Gilman Park, and levying and assessing the amounts thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
