An ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of local improvement district number eleven (11) being the re-assessment ordered by by Ordinance No. 279 to be made for the improvement of Crawford Street from Second Avenue West to Sixth Avenue West and levying and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll and providing for the collection thereof.
