An ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of local improvement district number twelve, being the re-assessment ordered by Ordinance No. 280 to be made for the improvement of Park Avenue (now Second Avenue West) from the north line of Gilman Park to the Park in Salmon Bay Addition, and levying and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll and providing for the collection thereof.
