An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 13 providing for the improvement of Ballard Avenue by replanking the same from the east side of Third Avenue West to the west side of First Avenue West, in the City of Ballard, under Ordinance No. 289 and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
