An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 15 for the improvement of Tallman Avenue on the westerly side thereof between the south line of Broadway and the westerly side of First Avenue West under ordinance No. 307 and levying and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
