An ordinance declaring the intention of the City of Ballard to cause Third Avenue West to be improved by constructing a Sewer on the same, between the following point to wit: Commencing at a point where the center line of Ballard Avenue intersects the center line of Third Avenue West thence northerly along said Third Avenue West to a point thirty three feet north of the south line of Gilbert Street in the City of Ballard and repealing Ordinance number three hundred and eighteen of the City of Ballard entitled "An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City of Ballard to cause Third Avenue West and State street to be improved between the following points to wit: Commencing at a point where the center line of Ballard Avenue intersects the center line of Third Avenue West, thence northerly along said Third Avenue West to a point twenty feet north of the south line of State Street, also commencing at a point on State Street, also commencing at a point on State Street three hundred feet west of the west line of Third Avenue West and easterly along said State Street to a point twenty feet east of the west line of Third Avenue West be improved by constructing a sewer on and along said streets between the points named" and also Ordinance number three hundred and twenty of the City of Ballard entitled "An ordinance providing for the improvement of Third Avenue West and State Street in the City of Ballard and establishing Local Improvement District number one and providing for the cost of said improvement being the construction of a sewer said City of Ballard along and upon the points named in this ordinance."
