An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 16 for the improvement of Albertson Street between the east line of First Avenue West and the west line of Railroad Avenue in the City of Ballard, under Ordinance No. 310 and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
