An ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 19 for the improvement of Pine Place between the Burke Avenue and Tallman Avenue under ordinance No. 316 and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll and providing for the collection thereof.
