An ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement Sewer District No. 24 for the improvement of State Street between that point on State Street in the City of Ballard, three hundred and thirteen (313) feet west of the west line of Third Avenue West, thence easterly along said State Street to a point thirty three (33) feet east of No. 328 assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof as shown in said roll and providing for the collection thereof.
