Abstract
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue Local Improvement Bonds for the improvement of Wilbert Street between the west line of Second Avenue East and the east line of Fifth Avenue West, fixing the denominations of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement, in payment thereof.
