An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 18, for the improvement of First Avenue West from the south line of Broadway to the intersection of Ballard Avenue and said First Avenue West, and establishing Local Improvement District No. 18 and providing for the payment of the cost of improvement, under Ordinance No. 314 and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
