An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Ballard, to cause Baker Street to be improved by grading, grubbing and causing a sidewalk to be constructed on both sides thereof, between the west line of First Avenue West and the east line of Fifth Avenue West, under the ten year bonding system, as provided under act, of March 9, 1893.
