An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City of Ballard, to cause First Avenue West, Ship Street and Langridge Avenue, in the City of Ballard, to be improved by grubbing, grading and constructing a sidewalk on both sides of First Avenue West on the South side of Ship Street and on both sides of Langridge Avenue.
