An Ordinance approving the Assessment Roll for Local Improvement District No. 22 for the improvement of Post Street between the west line of First Avenue West, and the East line of Fifth Avenue West in the city of Ballard under Ordinance No. 326 and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll and providing for the collection thereof.
