An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 30 for the improvement of Times Street, between the east line of Second Avenue West and the west line of Main Street, in the City of Ballard under Ordinance No. 363, and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
