Abstract
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue Local Improvement Bonds for the improvement of Baker Street, between the west line of First Avenue West, and the east line of Fifth Avenue West, fixing the denominations of the bonds and the interest thereon an authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement in payment thereof.
