An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Ballard, Washington to cause "A" Street to be improved by replanking said street to the width of sixteen feet, along the Northerly line of said street between the easterly line of Railroad Avenue and the Westerly line of Dennys Tract, and the easterly lie of Block 175, and 176 Gilman Park.
