An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 32 for the improvement of north side of D. Street, in the City of Ballard, in the constructing of a sidewalk thereon, between the east side of Main Street an the west side of Railroad Avenue, under Ordinance No. 379 and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
