An ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Ballard to cause a portion of "A" Street to be improved by regarding and replanking the same to the width of 8 feet on each side of the center of said street and constructing a sidewalk on each side thereof between the last line of Railroad Avenue and the east margin of blocks 175 and 176 in the City of Ballard, Washington, under the ten year bonding system.
