An Ordinance providing for the improvement of First Avenue West, in the City of Ballard, by grubbing, grading and constructing a sidewalk on both sides thereof, between the north line of Broadway and the south line of North Street, under the ten year bonding system, establishing Local Improvement District No. 37 and providing for the payment of the cost of said improvement.
