An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 29 for the improvement of First Avenue West, Ship Street and Langridge Avenue, between the south line of North Street and the south line of Ship Street, and Ship Street between the west line of First Avenue West and the east line of Langridge Avenue, and Langridge Avenue between the north line Ship Street and the south line of Brig Street, in the City of Ballard, under Ordinance No. 362 and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
