An Ordinance to amend the third sub-division of Section (1) of Ordinance Number 5 entitled "An Ordinance to provide revenue and to Tax and license certain vocations, to fix the amount of such tax and provide for the collection thereof, and to make it penal to carry on any of the vocations or to keep any of the animals herein mentioned, without first paying such tax or obtaining such license, and providing for the prosecution of all violations of this ordinance." Passed the Council of the City of Ballard, and approved by the Mayor May 9, 1890.
